R: We will confirm the item details first, then we quote you the sample and shipping cost. After you confirmed, we will send you invoice. The payment done, we start sample production. Before shipping, we will take pictures and send you to confirm.
Q: Is the sample fee can be refunded?
R: Yes,It can be refund to you, after you placed the order. But the order quantity must over than our MOQ, the MOQ general is 100pcs.
Q: How to print my own logo on display? Any extra fees?
R: Yes, of course, we would like to print your private logo on display. If your logo is single color, printing is free.
Q: How should we pay if we order from you?
A:For small amount you can pay by Paypal.For amount more than USD500,you can pay by T/T, West Union,Trade Assurance or Paypal(but customer need to pay the transfer fee).
