Acrylic can be cast, injection molding, extrusion, thermal molding, laser engraving, laser cutting and other processes.

Casting molding

Casting moulding is used for molding organic glass plate, bar and other profile material.

After molding, casting products require reprocessing, post-processing conditions is under 60 ℃ temperature 2 hours, 2 hours under 120 ℃ heat preservation.

Injection molding

The injection molding adopts the granular material produced by suspension polymerization, which is formed on the ordinary plunger type or screw type injection machine.

Process parameters including injection molding machine screw back, plunger type injection molding machine, cylinder temperature 180 ℃ ~ 200 ℃;

In the middle of 190 ℃ ~ 230 ℃;

The front of the 180 ℃ ~ 210 ℃;

Nozzle temperature 180 ℃ ~ 210 ℃ or 210 ℃ ~ 240 ℃;

Mold temperature 40 ℃ ℃ ~ 80 ℃;

Injection pressure 80MPa ~ 120MPa or 80MPa ~ 130MPa;

Pressure pressure MPa 40MPa ~ 60MPa;

Screw speed -1.20rp. M ~ 30rp.

Injection molding products also need post-processing to eliminate internal stress, processing conducted in 70 ~ 80 ℃ hot air circulation drying oven, processing acrylic bar time depending on the product thickness, average all 4 hours or so.

thermoforming

Thermoforming is organic glass plate or sheet made of various size shape products, the process of cutting into required size of the blank clamped on the mold frame, heating to soften it, the compression moulding surface to make it stick close again, be the same as the profile shape, after cooling to finalize the design the trim edge for a quick products.

Pressure can be applied by vacuum drawing or by direct pressure to the convex mode with the plane.

Using rapid vacuum low draft molding products, appropriate is used close to lower limit temperature, molding shape complex deep drawing products be used close to the limit temperature, generally USES the normal temperature.
